A Binance individual account registered more than 90 days ago, with no trades in the last 90 days and no other referral code linked, is linked automatically when you tap Reactivate and log in with your existing account, and once reactivated you get 20% off trading fees; OKX accounts inactive for 180 days apply by entering the code on OKX's page.
