Signed up less than 30 days ago and haven't deposited or traded yet: you can add referral code FAIRR yourself.
Never had a referrer, account at least 90 days old and not used in the last 90 days: you may qualify for recall.
No referrer and under 5,000 USD in trading volume over the last 90 days: you can apply to re-bind. It only takes effect if you trade 150,000 USD within 30 days. Don't trade more just to get there.
Before you sign up: check that the referral code box on the sign-up page says FAIRR. If it's empty, don't sign up yet; go back and tap the button again.
After you sign up: on the website go to Profile → Referral → Referral Pro (in the app: Referral → Referral Pro) and look under Share Commissions for your rebate records.

FAQ
I forgot the referral code. Can I add it now?
Yes, within 30 days of signing up, as long as you haven't deposited or traded yet. Don't close your account and sign up again, or open a second account, to get a code. That breaks the exchange's rules and can get you banned.
When does the fee rebate arrive?
The exchange pays it into your exchange account automatically, on its own schedule.
The fee in my account is different from this page. Why?
This page shows the standard rate. VIP levels, paying with the exchange token, promotions and your country can all change it; your account shows what you actually pay.
Are futures fees rebated too?
Yes, also 20%. But futures are high-risk and can wipe out your money quickly, so we don't recommend them for beginners.
