Binance re-binding rejected or won't submit? You can apply again
Short answer
If rejected, you can apply again: Binance reviews each application afresh, approval isn't guaranteed and the conditions still apply, including up to $5,000 traded in the 90 days before applying. If it won't submit, Binance lists: an application is already pending; recent trading no longer qualifies; or the account review isn't finished.

FAQ
Why did some people get linked without applying?
Binance says automatic binding applies to users with almost no trading history; users who already have a trading history need to apply so their eligibility can be reviewed.
After cancelling, can I apply again straight away?
It depends. Binance says that if your 90-day volume is over $5,000, you can't submit a new application straight away.
Once approved, when does it take effect?
Only after $150,000 of spot trading within 30 days of approval; zero-fee pairs and the new Binance Bstock campaign don't count. Don't trade more just to qualify. See Binance reactivation vs re-binding.
My account hasn't traded in a long time. Do I need re-binding?
Individual accounts registered more than 90 days ago, with no trades in the last 90 days and no other referral code linked, can use reactivation, which takes effect as soon as you confirm. See older accounts.
Someone says they can get it approved for a fee. Is that real?
No. Re-binding is done on Binance's own page and costs nothing, and Binance says approval isn't guaranteed; being asked to pay first for a sure approval is a warning sign.
