Binance reactivation: no confirm pop-up? Check the four conditions
Short answer
Check the four conditions: registered over 90 days ago, no trades in the last 90 days, no other referral code linked, individual account. Then check how you opened it: Binance says entering a referral code isn't supported yet; the pop-up appears after you open the reactivation link and log in. The feature is still in testing and may not cover every region.

FAQ
Can I enter a referral code in the app to reactivate?
No. Binance says reactivation doesn't support binding with a referral code yet; use the reactivation link, log in and tap the confirm button.
I meet all four conditions but still see no pop-up. Why?
Binance says the feature is still in testing and may not cover every region; conditions are set by Binance. If you're not sure, send your UID to @FairRebateBot and it will check whether the code is linked.
How soon does it take effect after I confirm?
Right away. Fees on your trades from then on get the discount, paid into your own account by Binance.
I've traded recently, so reactivation won't work. Is there another way?
See re-binding: if you've traded no more than $5,000 in the 90 days before applying and have no referrer right now, you can apply; it takes effect only after $150,000 of spot trading within 30 days of approval. Don't trade more just to qualify. See already have an account.
Someone offers to reactivate my account for a fee. Is that real?
No. Reactivation is done on Binance's own page and costs nothing; being asked to pay first is a warning sign.
