Can I get both?
No. Binance says a new user can only be invited through one mode; if you sign up through Referral Lite, you can't also sign up through Referral Pro.
I signed up through Referral Lite. Can I switch later?
No. Once a referral link is set, it can't be changed or removed. Don't close your account and sign up again either: Binance can cut off the new account's fee discount if it detects this.
Which is the better deal?
Vouchers are a one-off. Referral Pro discounts the fees you actually pay, so the less you trade, the smaller the discount, and no trades means no discount. Don't trade more just for the discount.
What coin is the discount paid in, and where do I see it?

Do the vouchers expire?
Yes. Binance says to redeem them within 7 days of being issued, and they're valid for 14 days once activated.
