Can support change it for me?
Both exchanges say it can't be changed: on Binance a referral link can't be changed or removed once it's set; on OKX the code can't be changed after the account is created.
Can I close my account and sign up again?
Don't. Binance says no, and can cut off the new account's rebate and cashback if it detects this; OKX lists registering multiple accounts as a rule breach.
