Steps
Find your UID: on Binance, tap the Account Center icon at the top left of the app, and your User ID is above your nickname; on OKX, open the app menu → Account settings, and the UID is in your Profile
Open @FairRebateBot and tap “📝 Submit UID”
Send the UID with the exchange name, like “Binance 12345678”; if you signed up on both, send each one
Wait for the bot's reply: “Found it ✅” means the code is linked; new sign-ups can take a few minutes and the bot checks again automatically
After you trade, the exchange credits the fee discount to your account on its settlement cycle, and you can see it in your exchange account
