Privacy: what we record and how long we keep it
Short answer
The site only records which page you opened, the language, where you came from, your device type, your country and which buttons you tapped. No cookies, no IP addresses, no visitor IDs; raw records are deleted after 30 days. The bot keeps only what it needs to check your referral.
The website
When you open a page or tap a button, we record:
- which page you opened and its language;
- what kind of site you came from, such as a search engine or YouTube, or the source tag on the link;
- whether you’re on a phone, tablet or computer;
- your country, as a two-letter code only;
- which buttons you tapped, such as sign-up or Telegram; whether you used the calculator (amounts only as a range), how far you got in a guide, and which FAQ answers you opened.
We don’t set cookies, don’t store IP addresses, don’t give you an ID and don’t use third-party analytics. Actions within one page visit are linked by a random number that disappears when you leave the page; where you came from is kept only in the current browser tab and is gone when you close it.
Raw records are deleted after 30 days. Only daily totals are kept.
Sign-up links
When you tap a sign-up button, it first goes through our redirect (fairrebate.com/go/…), which records one click: which exchange, which page, where you came from and when. Then it sends you to the exchange’s official site. No IP addresses are stored here either.
The Telegram bot
In the bot, we store:
- your Telegram user ID, language and which link you came in through;
- the exchange UID you send us, the referral code you signed up with, whether your exchange ID check is done, and when we checked.
We use these to check that you signed up with our referral code and to send your members’ group invite. If you came through a creator’s link, we may send your UID to that creator so they can help check it. We don’t collect names, ID documents or phone numbers.
To have these records deleted, send “delete my data” to the bot.
The exchanges
You sign up and trade on the exchange. How the exchange handles your information is set out in its own privacy policy.
